Fox Mill Woods Swim & Tennis Club

Thank you for your interest in the Fox Mill Woods 2026 -2027 Frozen Fins season. Frozen Fins is $425/swimmer for the year and will be held weekly on Sundays (September 13 - May 23) from 6-7pm at Oakmont Rec Center in Oakton, VA (all 8 & under's will stop at 6:45pm). 

During the registration process, you will be asked for your name, address and swimmers information. If you were a member of the 2026 FMW Swim Team, much of the information should pre-fill if you have logged into your account. If you are not already logged in, please use the "Returning member? login" button to do so.

This is a swim & conditioning practice for proficient swimmers - this is not the venue for teaching kids HOW to swim.  Swimmers must be able to swim multiple laps unassisted and get in without a coach in the water. If after the first practice we don’t feel that Frozen Fins is an appropriate swim program for your swimmer, you will be notified and refunded. Otherwise, there are no refunds. Our coach is also available to speak with parents over the phone to get an understanding if your swimmer is ready or not before you register.

While we are opening registration to all interested parties, this registration process will not ensure your swimmers a spot in our program. For example, the program does not require FMWS&TC membership, however we do give priority to club members. In addition, we have a fixed amount of lane space that cannot be exceeded. Once the maximum enrollment is reached, we will close registration and open a waiting list. 

Please answer the form questions to help us determine your swimmer's status and lane assignments. If you have multiple swimmers with different answers, please use the "other" option and provide a brief answer.
